friendly reminder that:

  • you are not weak if you want meds for your disorder
  • you are not weak if you relapse once
  • you are not weak if you relapse a thousand times
  • you are not weak if some kinds of therapy don’t work for you
  • you are not weak if some kinds of meds don’t work for you
  • you are not weak if you have a mental disorder.
I will reblog every time.

Today, Security camera clips that make the news usually show bad things, but here, Coke decided to “look at the world a little differently” in this heartwarming viral video. People stealing kisses, harmless soldiers, music addicts, honest pickpockets and potato chip dealers. Love, Attacks of friendship, friendly gangs and kindness. Unexpected firemen, rebels with a cause and peaceful warriors. A lot of crazy people, and a few heroes.

I reblog this every time it appears on my dash. And every time I reread and rewatch the gifs and find myself crying by the end.

I don’t understand why books have shifted from having summaries on the back of the covers to having one-line reviews.

Seriously though. I want to know what the book is about. Not that someone from the Evening Standard thinks it’s a masterpiece.

I have been waiting for this post my whole life.

THANK YOU

The only time that this was okay for me was Ellen’s book. Then, it was relevant.

IT IS ALSO IMPORTANT TO NOTE THAT

cultural appropriation 101

Seriously guys, wearing a war bonnet without having to suffer blood, sweat and tears for it is so disrespectful to all the servicemen who have sacrificed their lives for this country.

Finally someone stands up for my people and puts it into words that i couldn’t. Thank you!!!

I love the smell of cultural sensitivity education in the morning.
